The fascinating nature of Melanesia

As the gentle trade winds caress the turquoise ocean, a light breeze skims over the luxuriant vegetation, and Western Melanesia's lush green islands appear before you in a constellation. Your voyage will begin in Italy with an embarkation in Venice. Discover the charming and verdant island of Skiathos, its beaches, its hiking trails, and its lovely port where some of the scenes in Mamma Mia! were filmed. You will then sail to the port of Volos, nestling in the curve of the Pagasetic Gulf. From there, access Meteora, home to a complex of Orthodox Christian monasteries that blend into the rock and are seemingly suspended in the sky.
